Easy work. Some leaders think just because they have been with the company for a long time, they can communicate poorly to others. Some really need to work on their communication. Extremely unrpofessional communication.

Interview was very easy. Conversational and some behavioral questions.

They were nice. Thats all I can say, just nice.

Being able to work remote is the best about this job.

There isnt much pressure so for work, stress is pretty low.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Overall low salary. If you're looking for higher pay, I'd look somewhere else.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Not as much pressure as other jobs. Maybe thats the reason for lower pay.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They leadership team needs leader development. Not all, but most need development but HR doesn't seem too engaged to develop them.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
Leadership development. For management to be more understanding and caring. I think some lack emotions and may need to work on their EQ.
