From what I have seen from my salary rate package it seems totally fine as a trainee myself however as I work myself in the company, I would be expecting to somehow bump up my salary a little bit and lastly, I just hate how we get taxed heavily by our government.

Compensation is not fair at all when it comes to experiences; some of them are higher and some of them are lower. Even if the other person has much better experience but is offered less compensation, Others who have less experience tend to offer higher compensation.

As an employee I feel undervalued in terms of the managing of our schedules as the team didn't considered the employee's personal reason and that made our body clock unnatural. About the compensation, I believe we deserve an extra compensation to make us feel valued.

We should all have a fair and equal salary since we do the same job. I have observed that some of the employee that has experienced in BPO industry don't have a competitive salary compared to some newbie employees that was offered a higher salary. I found this as unfair.
