The TL actually cared about the team and makes sure the schedule aligns and informs us about our daily score which we can improve further, the team was fairly decent though i don't talk to them that much . But overall it's good

Team leaders always interact to their agents and it creates a harmonious environment inside the company. The company provides equipment for recreational activities which is good because it can relax the mind of the employees especially after handling irate customers.
