It's best if you offer equal salary offer to all employees and give equal rights to people who'd like to negotiate according to their skills. I'm one of the applicant that was not given that change. Also for the HMO its best to have effective on day 1 not after 6 mons. What if something goes wrong?

The company should have a good management and growth for the employee, there is sometimes confusion regarding the schedule and leave files to where you need to absent instead of leave since the important matter that you need to attend was already been declined by your Supervisors.
