Career growth and a conducive work environment is important, but I think the best employee retention drive that a lot of us are dreaming about, is an annual increase. The TL actually cared about the team and makes sure the schedule aligns and informs us about our daily score which we can improve further, the team was fairly decent though i don't talk to them that much . But overall it's good

The workforce here is quite young so they don't really know how to dress and act in an office.

Company needs to increase salary specially tenured agents. Ratings of incentives will not just matter if you hit all the metrics , it should be be fair, Like for example if the agents hot the Qa metrics she/ he has a previledge to get some incentives
