The best part about my compensation package is my commuter benefit which effectively makes it totally free for me to commute to San Francisco on Caltrain (which aint cheap!).

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am below market average. Hearing an office manager makes more than you (even in other cities) can be frustrating and discouraging when you feel you put in an extreme amount of work.
