I have never had a job I've loved more. This company is transparent to their employees and I never have to worry about being left in the dark. They give and give to their employees, and as a result, my coworkers are so happy and giving. It is such a happy place to be.

I think the role I'm doing now is beyond what I was hired to do. I think it would be nice to reevaluate and possibly be put in another pay grade.

Being in the bay area, I would think we would budget the midpoint of the range higher as a tech company for non-tech roles. They are working on their compensation philosophy so I am hopeful that this will get resolved soon.
