Leadership is working to improve company. However, it appears employees take a back seat in the big picture.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Took a 25% cut to become permanent and have "stability" - and not a penny's raise in 3 years. Had I known that the company didn't give raises, I would never have joined.

Each year, benefit changes may be made, however, it always is to company and not employee benefit.

Unqualified for their position. Insufficiently trained, they create poor quality product.

Rare meetings where staff meet physically. Most if not all interactions, done via weekly 1 hour meetings.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most work done remotely. Also may work at customer site. Employee supports own assets/resources to succeed.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Pay the going rate. Make sure the members of the team are qualified. Penalize co-workers who repeatedly lie to team members, management, and the client.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management simply doesn't care. I'm underpaid, I have to work with team members who are unqualified, and they create substandard products. I haven't spoken to my "manager" for three months.

On our own most of time. Customer/staff interact with at time may view as adversarial. Need better company support.

It's large so there are opportunities to move when you need a change
