What do you like best about the leadership team?
Decisions are typically made by discussion with people have who have enough info and context to give good advice, not imposed by people who don't have expertise in the area relevant to the decision.

What are some of the best things about your team?
DataRobot has a culture of helping other succeed. We face a lot of difficult problems and people are always willing to help each other out. Basically everyone I have worked with here has been smart, helpful, and passionate about something. Learning here is expected and consistent.

My immediate team is very connected, fun, supportive, and open-minded. The greater engineering team is very helpful and extraordinarily respectful of those roles that are not straight-up engineering. (This is a rare thing.)

We need to focus on paying down technical debt so we can have a platform we can innovate on faster.

It was very well organized and you could tell they cared a lot about how they appeared and about attracting the best people.
