The leadership team is in constant communication with their teams. We have weekly company-wide meetings that allow everyone to know what is going on within the company and what the future looks like for DMS. They are transparent and open and allow for everyone to have a voice.

The health benefits are fantastic and fairly priced. We have an incredible 401k program and also have monthly stipends for home office expenses and health/wellness expenses. They really take care of their employees.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love the ways the culture team has developed for us to stay connected, even though we are in a WFH environment. They do a fabulous job!
