What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our CEO, is probably the most pragmatic leader in the lead gen space. He's invested greatly in the operation side. Others in the space tend to ramp without strong operating capacity. We are treated incredibly as employees & we're empowered to do our best work, because we have an excellent product.

Excellent compensation, PTO, and work culture. Leadership encourages time to be taken off as well there is an emphasis on in person meetings to treat our customers well, which are not only an amazing experience for the employee but for the client.

We spend all this time working at home and when we get together, it is like I've known everyone my whole life. It's awesome!

The people. We all mesh well together

We all each other from the industry and we all are close friends outside of work on the most part. We get to meet with team fairly regularly. There's a focus on collaboration and community.

That my clients are happy. Ultimately, you can be paid whatever... but when your employees are happy you feel the best as a seller, you're not just trying to get a commission check - you're helping someone accomplish their goals.
