Managers need to stop showing favoritism to certain employees.

They need to stop having spanish conversations with other coworkers in a loud manner on the sales floor
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Professionalism! Proper training of employees instead of hiring folks to fill open spots and then yelling at them when they dont know something they should've been trained in.
