The fact that we have PD on the floor most of the time.

Apart from the GM the ASM and everyone below them are a genuine team that functions great together.

How forward my ASM was with availability positions and their willingness to vouch for me to get paid more on hire.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
In my position i have to be in close contact with the GM and the ASM; the ASM is more then happy to assist me and make my work load less.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Nobody but me and he other employee i work with can do our job; we're treated like second grade staff with lower pay then other positions that use less effort and expertise.
