What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Morale. It needs to be better. Better incentives, better management.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Better store management. Time management is awful and when managers get stressed its taken out on the employees. Better follow through on incentives. And better management style.

What are some of the best things about your team?

My coworkers are the best part of the day. We work as a team and work together to get things done. That is until we get yelled at for talking to each other.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Everyone is treated like they are replacable and don't have other things going. There is very little respect for enployees and no compassion or understanding. When you're down, they bring you down even further.

What did you like most about the interview process?

It was very easy to get hired on. The way that they described the job seemed amazing. And I love helping people. I love helping them feel confident about themselves and the management team seemed so supportive during the interview.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Being more understanding and compassionate as well as time management and delegation. They need to be better about follow through and making good pn their promises. I understand that managers need to be firm but they also need to be reapectful of their employees.
