Great company, compensation and hours are great. Lots of beautiful merchandise and employee discount is a++ Visual and Service level could deffintley improve. Overall good store with great merchandise.

Management does a great job of not micromanging their dilligent employees. Easy to talk to, always available and meets with sales associates every morning for team meeting.
