I loved everything but managment
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Its constant interviews but still letting go of people on false accusations

Just like any interview but it felt like trying to sale you something
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management dosent really know all the new people shipping is in a small room feel like a dungeon and being over worked they really didnt give you a chance
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Its alot of favortisim and with the way management is it seem like a competitive environment like a fake it till you make it and do anything to make them look good but they are really shady
