Im asking for part time because i dont have anyone to look out for my kids after school. The supervisor said that we dont give special schedules to anyone.

I didnt like the process cause you have to be approve by 2 managers

Employees have a life after dillards. Manangers should have more consideration towards their employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel under value for the reason that the manangers don't care about that you have a family to look out for and you cant have a flexible schedule.
