never got trained, thrown into the floor and expected to figure it out. Employees can call off whenever they want, nothing gets done

nothing they do two intervies and its alot

Hire emplyees that dont call off every single shift and do their tasks
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They dont do their jobs, only walk around judging certain aspects that they dont like but wont help out workers in a genuine way.
