Dillard's is very relaxed and laid back. Minimal rules and guidelines. Associates can sit when theyre tired, eat behind their counters, etc. You can change your schedule at the last minute, come in late, go home early, change your days off. Its great!

They have good selling skills and they are reapectful and professional to management ams people they like.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
People who are friends with upper management get preferential treatment. Those relationships should be invisible to us.
