Opportunity if you want to grow. Fair pay snd benefits if you want to Stay im ome place. I like that it is not commission based too.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Feel my pay is better thsn other retailers in my town and I like the 401k package. Dillard's stock has gained so much value it really helped grow my 401k.
