Overworked, expected to do too much. Management treats their employee like trash.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Management needs to be nicer and the work needs to be less stressful. Management also needs to care about their associates more instead of have favorites or picks.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Managers shouldn't have favorites or picks. They need to do something about associates being on their phones on the sales floor at their registers. They also need to cut back on the work load on the dock since there isn't that many workers.
