There's a total lack of communication ompany.wide Top down & side to side. There's no indication the company cares about its employees. We accrue sick time we can't use, our store's air conditioning hasn't worked all season and they won't even loosen the dress code.to accommodate.

Very fast response and job offer We even though the ops manager lied throughout about my position and compensation
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The amount of work I do and the time I've spent with the company and I learn that new hires are making more than I do... The benefits package is too expensive for the little I would be able to take advantage of it
