Prices dont match quality and not enough variety to continue shopping with dillards
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
1. Stop forcing Dillard's cards! ( we are in a recession and the card has no real perks) 2. Dillard's executives need to actually work in a store. 3. There should be an environment of family and working together but management has set a precedent that we are meant to compete in all aspects
