The work environment is horrible. You are only treated decent if you make them sales (money). You are not properly trained and upper management is the worst. Do not work for Dillards!

Everything , you can't speak to them unless they are in a mood to talk.

Better hours, and more training for upper management. They need to learn how to communicate with the "little people".
