Not belittling and demeaning their staff. They need to develop their staff and train them, and treat them with respect!!
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Upper management needs to develop their staff rather than belittle them. Offer help when they can see your struggling instead of writing them up for poor performance. Not one person offerd help, training or sollutions when I was struggling. Instead I was wrote up, & told I should already know my job
