What did you like most about the interview process?
It was very straightforward and comprehensive throughout the interview and hiring process. It's after you start to actually work the floor that issues arise.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Just have managers be more receptive to what employees tell them. It feels less like a team effort and more like every man for himself.
