The diversity of the staff is great. The management is nice. On the down side there is very little encouragement and build up spirit so I am never excited about coming into work. When we have goals in depts. employees are often browbeaten into purchasing items so the store can make their goal.

The team is commited to achieving the manager's goal.

They are always positive even when we are not doing well.

The benefits package is very comprehensive including time off, medical, etc
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The management and coworkers are almost always positive. The customers are treated with respect. The staff doesnt tolerate rascism.
