Work hard to make sales and put lots of effort into sales and when customers makes returns we get no credit on the sale that was returned would be nice to get at least half of that sale for our hard work people always asks what is the return policy and it’s like you don’t even want to take that

Employees never get to give their opinion on how to make our job better we never have meetings to discuss issues the only meetings are when a visit will happen or when big events are going to take place and if an employee doesn’t get credits they are required to stand at the entrance for credi
