I am part-time, so while I get Dental and a few company discounts, all health insurance options are held behind a full-time position.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My coworkers are generally nice to each other and make sure everyone is helped, but everyone is pressured by an increased staff and limited amount of customers alongside their quotas.
