Working together and not being greedy when it comes to sales

Not having people in competition with eachother and everyone being treated equally
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The people there are filled with drama and everyone fights like cats and dogs even in front of clients. Managers get to do whatever they please while associates do all the work and managers take credit for their work
