Good human beings but because of the unrealistic sales goals which are well documented in the business media, becomes cut throat.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Almost impossible to comment. I call the Dillard's employees "The Stepford Wives." Afraid of their shadow, of course, or afraid of the store's management.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Although working at the time, and having applied before, it all came down to Timing. They were ready to make me two offer, one of which I took.
