Got along with my coworkers but not everyone did. If you're lazy, slack off, or don't put in the effort, dont expect any respect.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Promoting from within the company. Before I left they refused to promote people already working at the store and instead recruited full time positions and managers from other stores.
