Good communication amongst the associates
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Speaking to employees with respect. Not gossiping about associates with other associates, favoritism

It was an average interview, was not very different than any other interview I have been a part of
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Management needs to work on being respectful to associates when speaking to them. Work on not speaking about associated to other associates. Work on not calling associates out of their name behind their backs
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I used to love coming in to work and I enjoyed my job. I understand that because of the mandatory quarantine earlier this year times have been more stressful for all of us. I feel like management does not know how to cope with the stress and they pass it on or speak disrespectfully to associates
