I do not like working at Dillard's. I feel extreme anxiety and stress each time I step in the building. This is not a good work environment for me.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

I feel I'm being harassed by my manager and dont feel I can tell anyone. I'm singled out. My co-workers are treated nicer by my manager. He will not wear his mask correctly all the time and doesn't respect the 6 feet.
