The only thing I liked was that there was an opportunity to meet the Store Manager
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to learn that bullying and abuse of power towards associates is NOT okay. I have been picked on by managers for several things, and quite honestly, at my store ALL management needs to be changed.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management needs to be revisited. I think there should be an evaluation with associates on how they believe their managers are performing. The executive offices need to see the other side of the story when it comes to how their stores are run. Associates run the store. Not management.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My department manager makes me feel like I can lose my job at any second, because he constantly reminds me that I am easily replaceable. He yells at my coworkers and I for absolutely no reason. I have complained to my Store Manager in tears, and yet, nothing has been done.
