The interview is great, but my company hires anyone who applies.

Nothing is organized whatsoever and it is hard to work here. Not enough employees

They could not hand off every single task to me and actually do their job

Everyone is very friendly and nice as a person. Very bad employees but wonderful people.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Getting on the same page, holding employees accountable for their actions, treating employees differently based on how much they like them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No one recognizes how hard I work for this company and others are praised for doing nothing and hiding at work
