What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They honestly need to be better as a team, instead of just picking and chosing what customers or employee with respect.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I felt undervalued for the fact I was a hard worker, I got the promotion to a keyholder but I was barely trained enough to know how to close. Especially when it comes to stocking or doing recovery of the store, I was the only one who ever did it.
