Our store has a great manager and good workers. I love our customers and the opportunity to work in my neighborhood. Sometimes the overstock is extreme. It is difficult to keep the store and storage room looking nice when there is too much overstock.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like higher pay and perhaps better stock options.
