At my store I have a great manager and wonderful fellow employees. They're great with customers. My biggest complaint would be that our air conditioner has been out all summer. Wichita Kansas upper management simply does not care about employees or customer comfort or health

I just got lucky all the employees at my store are happy people that like their job
What makes you most happy at work?
The willingness of my management team to help and teach. Our customers enjoy shopping there they're only complaint is no air conditioning

It was short and simple I hope it happened is the management just let me face to face confirmed my background that I put onto my application and gave me hours.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
To be honest I don't know what this is. I don't know if we have one. If it's important management are above should have explained it to me but I'm just an associate. So I don't know
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The management at my store are amazing with customers and treat employees like family. By management I mean anybody from the manager to the key holders. But somewhere in a team above my manager they do not care at all about their customers or employees comfort or health.
