I like my coworkers and I get to know the locals but thats about it. Its also the closest store to my home
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Corporate is whats wrong. They pay you nothing, give you little hours and then expect you to do everything the store needs you to do in those hours(impossible). Then they accuse you of stealing( not true and they dont care about the customers who are actually stealing)
