I like the store I am working at right now, however, the last store about 2 years ago or so was like a click of snotty cheerleaders from high school. The Manager would allow and often was the leader talking at about others behind your back. Any thing that you spoke in private was discussed with all.

Positive vibes, the ability to assist or answer any questions without judgement. They just want the store to be at it's best

The positive reinforcement when you are visibly having an issue, they are quick to help you so you can gain the confidence to feel comfortable about the tasks.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are always there to assist with anything you might need, and support you for any struggle that presents itself. Hard to find such a great group of people.
What makes you most happy at work?
The positive reinforcement and friendly atmosphere, it feels like we have been coworkers since the store was opened and we just had the manager retire and got a new person, yet it is as if nothing has changed.
