99% of the customers are decent people. Excellent, helpful coworkers and a manager that takes the job seriously, but can also be human at the same time.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was quick and to the point. No mindless chatter about life goals or where i picture myself in 10 years. The work expectations were laid out in plain English. Very straightforward and possibly the fastest interview i've ever taken part in.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Despite adhering to severely flawed methodology, they do their best to keep our run down store functioning. Judging by the insulting wage i make, i applaud them for sticking it out, as i'm sure their weekly income is only slightly less pathetic than mine.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A better starting wage. Key carries are the lite version of assistant managers. We essentially keep the store running and do most assistant duties when the actual manager isn't there. The amount of responsibility for $1 over minimum wage is an insult to anyone with an IQ over 20.
