I felt working for this store would is a team effort. I really liked that.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very professional, kind, and works along side with us. Doesn't sit in office while we work, he is on the floor putting stock away, helping customers, etc. That is great and appreciated.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work together. If someone is having a bad day or not feeling well, the other team members really step up and help them. As a person who is disabled, that is so wonderful.
What makes you most happy at work?
We keep our store clean and stocked so it's a pleasure to come to work. I've worked at a store that was not kept up and it was so depressing to walk in. I felt completely overwhelmed. That is the key I think for a successful store. Everyone, including managers must work together.
