For a company that puts so much focus on trying to appeal to the common man, seems to fail at understanding that they hire in 'the common man.' Offering them below "livable wages" and a handful of hours, which forces them to take on another job. And as for how they are treated by the higher ups...

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
