Nothing positive about anything there.

I was never interviewed. I was hired before I had my application done.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work hard. I don't stand around and do nothing. I try to make sure everything is good to go for the next person. Try to go above and beyond. I go in when asked if someone doesn't show up or sick. I stay late when next employee is late.
