A select few awesome customers, a lot of complaining customers, payroll too small which leads to single coverage on most morning shifts so not much can get done. Too much expected from the ones who work hard and too little expected from the rest who could careless if anything gets done.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Most are hard workers and want to get stuff done. We get along well.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Expectations are too high. So much to do so little payroll to do it in. Bigger payroll and better pay for those who actually show up to work. Feeling like our voices are heard when we do surveys not just what they want us to say.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Too much work and not enough time to get it done. Rude customers because of the way the store is due to not enough hours to get it done. Stop pushing surveys cause inevitably there's gonna be more bad than good as I said before not enough hours to get done what needs to be done.
