Having help when im trying to get my work done. Not working alone all day
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My immediate manager is great, going above them the other executive team members seem disconnected from the reality and struggles of day to day operations.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As somone paid under $50,000 i am concidered to be in an executive role exempt from overtime, although i dont make anything near executive pay and have to pay for all my benefits out of my paycheck, no free shares, no bonus
