I mean. I got up the ranks pretty quickly. But there pay comparatively to everyone else is bad. Stockers at walmart make more than an assistant manager. They expect you to to entirely too much for the pay you are receiving and want you to work skeleton crews all the time.

Going home generally makes me happy .

The positive energy from the manager.

My store manager is great and genuinely tries to help as much as pissible.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Honestly. Im not sure. It seems as if they care more about the numbers than their people.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I believe if we were paid fairly and allotted the hours to actually get the job done then they would be ok. But moral is not very high.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that in this day paying an assistant manager less than what a sticker at walmart or a cashier at McDonald's is not fair. They dont value our hard work.
