This company does not care about its employees. Equipment is trashed (registers, rolltsiners etc.) Stores always understaffed or just don't get enough hours to properly run them. It's ridiculous!

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The distribution centeslrs are a joke the hours the store get is a joke we can't maintain a store with 150 hrs are you serious?
