My employment was a very bad experience. I was given a starting pay and then come to findbout it was not near what they had stated. I was an assistant manager and never took a CBI online course. I taught myself how to manage the store. The isles were a mess and you could not get down them to help.

We had no meetings or education on how to manage computers

Staff needs to be better equipped with training and education on store practices and treatment of customers

Instruction and better training. They need to train thete staff better and equip them with customer service techniques

Just better communication and training, equip your employees better on how to handle customer service. Treat your employees better and equip them with the resources they need to succeed and train them the proper way to make the store better, more friendly.
